This is good news for all Australian customers looking to get the new 2023 BMW 7 Series! BMW announces prices for the BMW 7 Series and i7 in Australia. So you know if your pockets are deep enough for such a leather-lined luxury sedan, because it might be a bit pricey.
For now, there will only be two models in the 7 Series for Australia. These are the BMW 740i and the all-electric BMW i7 xDrive60. The BMW 740i is the entry-level model and admittedly, a pretty well-equipped sedan. It features Merino leather, 20-inch wheels, a panoramic sunroof, air suspension, M Sport styling, heated front and rear seats, all of BMW’s fancy driver assistance systems, a 20-speaker Bowers & Wilkins system, rear-wheel steering and even the crystal glass effects in the interior prove how well equipped the car is.
The electric BMW i7 is even more expensive and is even better equipped from the factory than the 740i. It has the same equipment as the 740i, only with 21-inch wheels, and a 1,965-watt Bowers & Wilkins surround sound system with 39 speakers. Furthermore, it comes with a 31.3-inch cinema screen, a Gran Lusso interior in Merino leather and cashmere, multi-function rear seats, an ‘Executive Lounge’ rear seat, Hans Room Sounds and even a home charging box.
Both cars are available with the optional M Sport and Connoisseur Lounge packages. Australian customers will have to dig deep into their pockets if they want the new 2023 BMW 7 Series. The price differences between markets are about more than just the current conversions. However, at current exchange rates, the BMW 740i costs more in Australia than in the US market.
