BMW was the Honored Marque of this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, an event that happened last weekend. As announced, the company continued the celebration of its centenary, and they did it in a truly spectacular way.
As we previously reported, BMW’s lineup featured 13 classic and rare models, including:
- 1940 BMW 328 Mille Miglia Roadster
- Brabham-BMW BT52
- BMW V12 LMR
- 1957 BMW 507
- 1965 BMW 1800 TI/SA
- BMW M6 GT3
- 1966 R50 S Kaczor
- 1976 BMW R90S TT
- 1929 WR750 Kompressor
A change of plans occurred when the 1957 BMW 507 roadster wasn’t able to perform the opening run, so the new BMW i8 took its place.
