BMW rumored to unveil baby roadster at 2011 Geneva Motor Show

Autoblog reports that there is a possibility of a baby BMW roadster being  released at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show. This baby roadster is the BMW Z2, a front-wheel drive vehicle that will be positioned below the Z4.

At the recent launch of the BMW 6 Series Convertible, a spokeswoman confirmed for The Age, an Australian publication, that the BMW Z2 would be the BMW brand’s star attraction at the Geneva Motor Show in March. No additional details were given. BMW insiders also said that the BMW Z2 will never go into production, but many of its design elements will be seen in BMW’s future models.
