A new member of the BMW 2 Series will be announced soon. For now, we have the Coupe and Convertible, but the company is working on a Gran Coupe version. Today we have a spy video of the future model prototype.
A pre-final evaluation prototype 2 Series Gran Coupe was spotted on the Nurburgring track as it ran some laps. BMW is making a competitor to the Mercedes-Benz CLA, a rear-wheel drive 4-door coupe. Its design is inspired by the existing 2 Series models, but it has some unique features, such as longer platform and the lower roofline that follows.
We hope it arrives to the market soon, because the 2nd generation 2 Series is announced for 2021 when all the existing models will be replaced.
