haha...life is short, coe so high, lets make our cars more worth it. Track it at sepang more! those who modify n dun track, redline it more. i redline my ride 50% of the time i drive. those cabrios n roadsters, bring yr top dwn more! enjoy yr 60k coe ride!!!

forget the coe n erp, i chiong in JB most of the time. makan there, speed there, redline there, vcd there, massage there, groceries there, petronas there, etc, think need to buy condo there liao .... sibei ho sei!!!

No need coe.. Coe is free.. No erp also.. Parking all cut down to 1 buck an hour flat everywhere..

Just abolish car loan.. Every car buyer has to pay cash in full.. .

A senior service consultant told me that COE might reach 100K next year. It's a possibility that we cannot write off. Because it has happened before.

Glad that I bought my ride in October, else I would be sitting on the fence now.

No need coe.. Coe is free.. No erp also.. Parking all cut down to 1 buck an hour flat everywhere..

Just abolish car loan.. Every car buyer has to pay cash in full..

To drive car after the 10th year.. Fork out a certain percentage of omv to drive it another 10 years..

My prediction for next round - Cat B 80k; followed by 85k for 2nd Jan 2011 bidding exercise.

Optimisn fuelled by CNY mood and fear of impending Feb 2011 COE cuts support my prediction. Also, Singaporeans have a tendency to wait at sidelines and say ah yah why so kancheong prices will fall lah. And then it doesn't and they all jump on the bandwagon and create massive price escalation and end up paying more :twisted:
