Hello! Hmmm, but the accident happened on a Sunday morning, so I don't think he went there for that purpose. No pun intended.

Sad to say Eileen, he usually goes for overnight services, so most likely he was already there on sat night till sun morning. Anyway i already inform him abt this, he will come and clarify soon abt whether he saw the incident.

if i am the driver i will buy u new bumper. you shld have look for me. I will appeal for you till the guy get demerit points & fine, then claim medical + new bumper + future medical bills & let him pay all legal fee. Sue him for extortion + mishaviour + follow you to ur house threaten + pay u for medical bill for having nightmares.

end OT - i like to go changi village but Eileen confirm not me - u can date me dinner to find out.

Singapore law who hit ur backside confirm win! is whether u get 100% of claim or partial.
Ask the cyclist go court lor.. hit pple still want sue pple.

Well, coz both of us do not have witnesses, he get to say his statement and we'll say ours, so this is tough. And sadly, the police and the law protects these cyclists, that is why he has the confidence to sue us.

one small whiplash can be $45-50K include legal fee.

When SPF loses lead source, they usually shelve the case and allow civil suit.
This fight could go on in small claim court.
