why 335 and not 330TT ?

i was wondering why bmw named 335 for 335 instead of 330TT.
putting 2 t behind 330 looks more appropriate dont they ?

a lot of people dont know 335 is 3litres twin turbo.they think its 3.5 litres.
got to keep explaining to them.

To fight Mercedes C350 and Nissan G35/37. BMW competes in a CLASS, and this is the 35 class. Normal humans who buy BMW to poseur don't really care the engine capacity. People who see poseur's car don't see the engine capacity. As you mentioned liao, they see the badge, they say it's 3.5l.

i don't think that a Cayman S suit .... my colleague told me to suggest him a car which is MAXIMUM POSEUR one .... he is very honest in this ... and finally we came up with Porsche Carrera 2 Cabrio ... that's No 1 in his shopping list.

naming convention tie closely with branding i suppose. is something model number ma. doesn't necessary mean the capacity.
