Me, chickenbackside is hiao. The rest of you with batman paddles are really sensible, practical people with a penchant for the finer things in life.

hitmee, you count too much money everyday lah, need new glasses liao...

To put it simply:

1) Buy M3 steering wheel with paddle shift (SMG steering wheel)

2) Buy the matching steering column so that your paddleshift wires that you connect from your gearbox will not get tangled when you turn the steering wheel

3) Go to BVO and have it fixed, or if you have expert help like me (from Singapore's national engineering treasure, subzero), you can install it yourself. Only things you need are tools and a couple of wires and connectors.

4) If you're very "hiao" like some of us, and want the batman look, go and buy the Royal F1 paddles from:

Installation of the paddles is very simple. Just unscrew and screw. Takes about 2 mins.

This is the retrofit kit. Approximately $1.2k from Eng Soon.

2) Wires + connectors
Misc material from the installer (BVO or otherwise) which costs maybe $0.50-$1.

3) Installation charges
Not sure. Judging from the amount of work, it should be around $100? Maybe someone who's done it at BVO/J4C can comment?

4) Royal F1 paddles
About $400

the eng soon m3 steering comes with the steering column...total is $1254.
BVO install is $120
