i bought an F10 last year in Oct 2010 and collected my car only in Jan 11, so far l was disappointed with PML services;
1. PML registered my car on 29th Dec 2010 and only delivered my car only on 7th Jan 2011 after chasing them to do so, initially was told that my car can only be delivered between 13-14th Jan so why registered my car so early that was my qn?
2. Forgot to retain my car registration no. - told PML to resolve this and finally was able to retain the no. after a few days. It was stated clearly in the PML invoice that car no. retention.
3. On the day of delivery - found 2 small dot on the bonnet of the car and some fine lines on the boot and l have to spend money getting the groomer to take away the fine lines and told PML to resolve the bonnet issues - nothing happen till after Chinese new year and l got to ask them for a solution and finally last week agreed to swap the bonnet.
4. Driver door sensor having problem on the 3rd week of collecting the car and that was 2 weeks before chinese new year
- Call PML to see whether l can send in for a check and was told l am sorry we can only attend to you after chinese new year
5. Rear passenger aircon vent
- Air blowing out was small and hot and have told PML that they need to resolve when they need to swap my bonnet
6. Right wiper
- after wiping has some problem it has a line after wiping but the left side was ok
- l have got the groomer to clean the screen but the line still remain after wiping.
l am so disappointed with PML after sales service, what would you do if you are in my position?
