Heheh... because Strawberries go well with Cream. Just like @ Wimbledon, where traditional English treat would be Strawberries & Cream. And Cream is creamy smooth. Similar to silky smooth.
So, putting two and two together, some genius (not me) here somehow made the quantum leap that Strawberry = Smooth.
Durian is reserved for my kneepads - obviously, I won't be associating something as Strawberry-Silky-Smooth as the In-Line Six N52 engine with something so painful as kneeling on Hairy Mountain Cat caps.
Mango? That's like Chutney. Last I checked, chutney is chokey, like the penile discharge of some unker with gonorrhoea. Please, I wouldn't insult the last of the great NA engines with such a moniker.

MW is actually a very clever play on the inner workings of the man.
Because this lawya is too refined (Reference: Strawberry) to appear brash or unlearned, he doesn't want to use the nickname 69 (after all, his second most famous client - SLK69 - already trademarked the 69).
By the way, his most famous client is the person I quoted, and the person asking the question - the one & only Brobot.
So, in order not to trespass BoTay's copyrighted 69, this lawya very clever - chose MW.
