dun say nvr contact u la. e story was very long........... to make it short:
on last thurs(8th apr), when i went to PML(dunearn) for servicing, i told advisor tat pls help me to do headlamp alignment. advisor was telling me he cant promise, cos it would take a FULL day to do headlight adjustment. i asked him since it was e case, can he kindly show me which r e screws tat i can play w....... he simply told me, no such way, tis s not a jpnese car, tis s a 525iXL, etc etc..... NEED COMPUTER TO DO HEADLAMP ADJUSTMENT.
i was kindda disappointed when i collected my car at 4pm, cos my sevice receipt was attached w a smaller hand-written slip(advisor not around, cashier handed n settled w me). it reads: pls tell owner tat we NEED A FULL DAY TO DO HIS HEADLAMP ADJUSTMENT; ask him to arrange another fuul day appt, etc etc........... ok lor, lan lan n disappointed cos my headlamps were shining up-n-down lor.................
damn sianz for whole of fri..... fyi, i was from hui yang mtr service, #04-02, same flr as BOSS; handling accident claims n bodyworks plus respray, etc.............
so on sat mrng(10th apr), i was sitting at my shop, damn sianz........... then tot of an idea, when i saw kelvin (BOSS) drove by. then my cousin n i went to approach kelvin abt my minor prob.... he smilingly said: no problem!
pop up my bonnet, on e lights, took a farking set of allen-keys, turn turn turn, ............. in < a min: BINGO!!!!!! perfect! wah lao eh, i even took a piece of big carboard n place in front, both rays r perfect! siao-eh, need PML computer adjst meh? kelvin solve it in 20 secs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! aiyah, aiyah, i damn idiot lor!!!!!!!!!
then kelvin asked me abt my ecu..... i told him i did reflashed w OBD-dave.... kelvin didnt say anything bad abt david, but advised me to do a dyno. b4 tat, audrey showed me his custy's original 525 dyno, n a powerbox-after dyno..... i jus stare lor..........
after dyno my car, i, i, i, i, .................... jus told kelvin & audrey to carry on w their powerbox!!!!! during e dyno, i itchy mouth asked them abt aftermrkt headlamps bulbs replacement..... history liao: i gave in, changed e bulbs............. to 8000K rays......
do i need to say more? :woowooo:
fyi, 2 days later, i went to tell kelvin tat my driver side head-bulb s malfunction at times over e last 2 nites............ he jus replaced, n all s WELL from then on,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
