Our PSI measurements are based on PM10, meaning only particles of 10 micrometers in diameter or less are taken into account. You are seeing particles that are larger and visible to the naked eye.
So the visual effect is always murkier than our PSI readings suggest.

I can no longer see MBS from where I am. So much for paying high rental for a view. It's gonna hit 400 by the next reading. Who's taking bets?

No need to get work up over the fluctuating indexes. 100, 200, 400, etc... can't do much except smelling the same smoky air like everybody... unlike STI up or down I can buy and sell... chill guys and stay hydrated...

No difficult to work backwards on the hourly PSI. A simple excel spreadsheet will do.
Based on my calculations, these are the hourly numbers:
12am 210
1am 136
2am 83
3am 138
4am 91
5am 59
6am 132
7am 142
8am 200
9am 426
10am 475
11am 299
PSI for the last hour has actually come off slightly. Ken is right, there is zero correlation between what you see and the actual PSI number so don't get too hung up about it. No reason to let a number cloud your common sense. You feel not right, do something about it rather than wait for a NUMBER to tell you what to do!
