Use Durex also biang... super duper filter till no air can pass through also

A different engine biang! not the inline 4 or 6 engine! I think this engine is inline ONE!:twisted:

I think air scoop good enough already especially for on NA engines .....

Insulation is always good as it protects the air in the enclosed area. Anyway it also depends on the outside air you are drawing in. If outside temp is hot, it is about the same thou engine bay temp is hotter. The best is to run the air intake distance as short as possible. Like the EG days where everyone likes to CAI and open a hole at the bumper. I will never do it on bimmer! hahahaha
