But i'm guessing if you don't ever plug it in, yes you will probably run out of juice eventually and the car will function only on the petrol engine (but will be charging the batteries at the same time)

i tik 700k. ya u wish...they tax u + coe..then give u back a few k for being green.
I just emailed my office building mgmt. on car park.
"hi I notice we hv green lots now, whats the charges for using it with an electric car?"

"thank u mr lee. we r in the process of going green and there r now 5 green lots. however there r no power points planned. the charges remained the same"

I noticed many mall carparks also allocated Green lots. I looked around whether there were electric ports...dun have
Then I looked around for any signs that says other vehicles park will kenna clamped or towed away...also dun have.
So I parked my car lor. Damn big the lots somemore

There was once, i was at a shopping centre, it had green lots, with a sign that said "For Green Cars Only".
I parked my car there, came back, kenna clamped. So i called the security, they said my car kenna clamp cos the lot reserved for hybrid/electric cars only, and my subaru was clearly not hybrid/electric.
I pointed at the sign and asked them to read aloud what it said, i then pointed to my car and asked them what colour it was.
They LLST and unclamped my car. Went back a week later, the sign had changed to "For Hybrid Vehicles Only"
