Just got my e60 in end Feb 2013.
Learn alot from some of the brothers here.

Wish to share my process so far.

End Feb 2013, when I first collected the ride.

March 2013
- added sunshade, darken the taillight and headlight (eyebrow area)
- De-chrome
- Wrap wooden trim at Johnson

Apr 2013
- Wald Front lip and rear diffuser
- KW V2 coilover
- Sebring Quad exhaust
- change side marker, spray manually to glossy black

- Avant Garde M510 rims w PSS tyres
- BMS Powerbox

The rims kinda doesn't match leh..

Havnt been doing much since May... Butt itchy again in sept.

- Simota Air intake (thanks to bro Robin!)
- 545i brake calipers (imported)

Before installing..

Replacing the stock air box with this. Fix up within 30mins of collection.

Decided to try this project after some research, ordered a 2005 e60 545i brake calipers from US.
After some waiting..

Finally arrived!

Unpack the goodie..

It's dirty n huge.

Preparing the right front n rear to trial fit..
Indeed larger than stock 523i

Moment of truth.. Heng ah! Fit in nicely!!

When done make sure you get a xmm to be your passenger. Less clothes better.

After some ding dong ding dong..
Change rims to black Breyton 20" IS rims...
With spacer.
Somehow... looks like e set I first got. -_-"
(Big thanks to all the bros who help me throughout the period)

Gone are the old..sold to a nice bro. Fast hand fast leg pick up.

- Project 545i - Part 1
Ordered a set of US 545i caliper from ebay.

With some help on making sure parts are correct.

Took abt 2 weeks for them to reach!

Here it come.

Opening them for the 1st time.

Front and rear

Attempt to fix up to make sure I got it right.(heng can fit..else money wasted)

The front is much bigger than stock 523.

Decided to send for spray paint.
