520 is a detuned 528 ... i certainly hope the engine has no to limited diffrence in hardware so the chances to reflash 520 to 528 is higher

I thought F10 520 & 528 is same engine and can be tune to 240hp?

You can gain 15 to 18 more horses with ECU retuning.

For F10 520i, estimated gains are up to 220hp & 324nM.

Installation is half an hour or so.
