My one which company huh? If AXA I very worried.

no need worry liao, now ponding, collision all can claim but again claim own damage, premium next year up.

For you , better drive safe, don't go Mandai jungle run lion, wait drop into pond & collide by a wild boar.

Re: Dead Ferrari driver’s estate valued at S$8.1 million

AXA is going to claim against this S$8.1M .... :D

The insurance company added that "the collision was highly probable, forseeable and to be expected."

walao ... accident is forseeable and to be expected .... although i don't like AXA but speeding at that speed and cheong red light ... it seems the above statement is RIGHT

what if this ferrari crash at 180-200kmph in nsh (we have seen some travel > this speed) = same case = not covered by insurance too?

what about normal car travel at 140-160kmph in nsh which is the very very norm. technically, 120kmph is speeding liao ... so AXA will also argue "probable, forseeable and to be expected"?

will this set precedent that high speed crash = no covered?

Come on, based on facts and video, that was NOT an accident. It was an expected outcome. So yes, it will set the precedence not to cover idiots who plan to arrive at that outcome.

I don't see anything wrong with that.

Re: Dead Ferrari driver’s estate valued at S$8.1 million

fully agree on machi case

if a driver somewhat make a wrong judgement (no speeding, no cheong red light, simply honest mistake) ... come out from small road to main road and collide with on coming car = will axa argue it's probable, forseable and to be expected and will not be covered by insurance? assuming there is video recorded by the other party car involve in the accident

What if Ma Chi was just a lorry driver with only S$801 in his bank account?

Well, he'll be hit by the taxi and run over by the motor bike.

Re: Dead Ferrari driver’s estate valued at S$8.1 million

How will AXA behave?

Still "prepared to pay compensation to third party victims...?" even if nothing can be recovered from Ma's Estate?

What happen to PRC girl by the name of Wu Weiwei, lady passenger?

Re: Dead Ferrari driver’s estate valued at S$8.1 million

AXA has no case one la.... gia lan ka tao (take cock and hit their own head). Their reputation will go down the drain. Whoever in-charge ought to be shot!
