X3 G01 2019 - Whining sound from front left tyre area

Hi Guys

Just got a pre owned X3 a month back. Didn't pick it up before but I started to hear a whining sound from the front left tyre side, only comes when I move off from stationary (foot brakes engaged). The whining sound doesn't always happen though. Hope to get feedback here if anyone knows what's the cause for it? Thanks in advance!

Your ride is pretty new, under warranty.. maybe you want to send in to PML to check.
At least there is a record.

Samuel. Yup. Thats the intention. Was hoping to check if anyone can help shed some light. Then won't go in blind to PML.
