Reason to sell: Reluctant sale due to new house and I have a spare car.
Price is higher as engine overhauled and major wear and tear done. Beside this is a N13 engine loaded with M135 accessories such as M suspension, M alcantra seats and M BBK, M steering wheel etc.
Very idealistic for car enthusiasm and those who are keen to renew COE.
1. Fresh piston, done in JUL 2019 like the next iPhone launch. Piston detonation hence no choice need replace. Please google what is it. If you are skeptical I rather you seek elese where. Warranty 2years in house by mechanic. https://www.thoughtco.com/what-is-detonation-85352
2. Using Motul 300V, oil change every 6000km approximately.
3. Compressor, expansion value and condenser changed, aircon chemically washed and flushed, Sep2019. Aircon cool as Artic except the car doesn't involve in global warming.
4. Wheel speed sensor, both rear replaced, Sep2019 so you jam brake no error code.
5. N20 BOV replaced, Sep2019, have p-sh sound.
6. Aftermarket hella brake pad (front and rear) replaced, Sep2019 to save your precious life if a hantu appear in front you.
7. Belt tensioner replaced, Sep2019, so that your waist line won't expand in future.
8. Wiper water pump replaced, Jan2020 so you can wash your face if got no toilet nearby. Replaced as water was leaking previously.
9. Rear axel oil changed, Feb2020 for smooth silky ride.
10. Rear left and right wheel bearing rear replaced Sep2019 due to pothole incident in JB. All perfect now. No sound.
11. Auto transmission fuel (ATF) with oil pan replaced, Sep2019, change gear smoothly like lubricant.
12. Brake fluid flushing done in Feb2020, so your life won't be jeopardize.
13. Water pump/Turbo hose replaced, Sep2019 due to wear and tear.
14. Replaced boot lock Jan2018, so when you hide valuable inside, thieves cannot open to see what you are hiding.
15. All wiring replaced. Most recently, replaced valtronic seal and brake vacuum pump, $550, MAR 2020.
16. Steering thrust repair kit. Replaced the irritating noise due to wear and tear coming from steering wheel when making turn. All BMW F10, F30 faces such issue. I hope bmw does a better job in this aspect in future.
$400 with labour done in Aug 2018 from a fellow carousel seller.
All wear and tear replaced with paper to proof. I keep a copy of all receipt. Will pass the hard copy to you once car registered to your name.
*AFTER MARKET HARDWARE PARTS*
1. MST intake, ssssssszzzzzz sound. $550 in 2015, changed at monster tune.
2. FTP charge pipe replaced when first gotten the car. Can't rmb the brand. $400-$600 changed in 2015.
3. OEM intercooler from Taiwan. $700. Changed in 2016.
4. Remus exhaust (with cert) vroom vroom from Fong Kim. $1800. Changed in 2016. Don’t worry I have the certificate.
5. Exhaust operated mid and high cat flow, more shiok and louder (pass inspection) $950. Done in 2018 with Racing Tech.
6. M suspension with Eibach comfort spring, comfortable driving experience, M Suspension package. (please refer to last page of picture)
7. M Performance BBK 3700mm front 3045mm rear (gold color), brake also feel comfty. $3300. Done in 2017.

8. Android headunit can Netflix YouTube, navigate, apple carplay and android auto. Also with reverse camera so you won't reverse into uncle aunty who purposely walk behind your car. $1100. Changed in 2017.
9 Iroad V7, won't dekit, so you can catch people who play stun and report TP.
10. Korea Battery pack - installed since 2017. In car camera will continue to run when engine is switch.
11. Varta car battery replaced in Sep 2019, so the car won't die out of the blue. $550 80AH AGM.
12. MHD personalized tuned burrble mode. Currently turned off. Option to turn on if you want. This one solid, no horse run one. $500-$600.

- Exterior wash, plasticine to remove toxic and impurity, polishing and wax, ceramic coat over.
15. Alcantra leather M performance seats, nice is nice but make sure you don't stain it with whatever substance.
16. M steering wheel, don't complain okay la very soft and nice to grab. Don't think wrongly, I'm referring to the ride.
17. 3M solar film since day 1 gotten ride, prevent you from getting skin cancer at least.
18. Black sunshade for the front and rear.
19. All necessary coding unlocked, can drive at ease. IE: Auto fold mirror when lock, digital speed, start stop memory, auto memory aircon, disable seat belt chime etc.
20. LED light installed with button switch. (Very idea to switch on if at dark places or visibility low.)
