Meng, for pit crew shirts, the quantity of 20 is too few for any manufacturer to commit. Not sure about your requirements, but it will help if you could let me know if you have identity requirements like team logos/emblems, sponsor's endorsement, names and numbers......
Basically, you have two options:
(1) Buy ready-made pit-crew shirts. Location - Kuala Lumpur. If your objective is on the pit-crew look for a group than your team's identity, this is an easier option.
(2) Custom-made jersies. Few shops in Peninsula customise soccer jersies. If you pick is button-shirts instead of jersies, look for baseball jersies to customise. You can try Weston (top floor).
I am not in the trade. But I have been liaising with these shops to custom-made soccer and rugby jersies for many years.
