Workshop to repair falling bumper

The right side of my front bumper is drooping, went to two workshops to ask if they can fix but they aren't confident and afraid that the clips might break and become worst.

Any bros here knows a workshop that knows a permanent solution and can solve it?

front bumper bracket: 51 11 8 122 577 / 578

MTech Front bumper bracket: 51 11 2 233 845 / 846

Check with Eng Soon, they should be around 10 bucks each

Hi thanks a lot Rosschang. So should I just go Eng Soon get the brackets and then workshop to workshop to ask if they know how to fix or is there a workshop you guys know will know how to do it?
