Why do people buy M3 in Singapore?

After paying almost double what you pay for a 328i, M3 owners for 95% of the times drive at the same speed as a 328i and pay higher road tax...agreed that it looks better but i can bet you can make a 328i look like an m3 for about 20-25K max
