Which Brand of 0W30 engine oil?

Hi All,
Its about time to feed fresh engine oil into my ride.

I wonder which Brand is good to our beloved E90 325i? Castrol, Mobil 1, Petronas, Motul..etc?

bmw uses castrol..but in our hot weather u can use thicker oil...10-40 for eg..

Toto uses extra virgin olive oil

if i remembered correctly, torco also got their 30weight oil.
can check with Nadia of UM2.

if people use engine oil in replacement for maple syrup in food photography...

what if you do the opposite for your car.. HAHAHHA
