Re: which 18" Rims Replica to choose?

The mod culture within the local bimmer community is still rather conservative as far as aesthetics are concerned, IMHO. You could easily understand that when you attend one of the meetup. There appears to have a groupthink of what is visually acceptable and what is deemed "fugly." For instance, a wide-body kit or a "Yam-Tree" conversion is rare. In that context, Wheel 2 does not belong to the mainstream taste.

My opinion is that 2 might go well with a "bulky" bodykit like the Hamann or RD. If you are not a risk-taker, stick to the Breyton.

Choosing between the 3, it'd have to be the first one.

For pimp status, can't go wrong with DPE, HRE, IForged, BBS, etc.

Re: which 18" Rims Replica to choose?

i agree the 2nd one doesn't fit well, though some say it would add elegance rather than the usual aggressive look. Then again bimmers are made to be aggressive and sporty with enough elegance.

And you guys are right cuz i haven't seen a 3 or 5 series with that type of wheel but seen a 7 series tho. Lots of merc are riding them type, lorinser carlsson etc

i would tend to go for 3 along with brakes upgrade..

or maybe this ASA W26 if it's not too pricey
