Any recommendation for Non RFT? I think my 318i is due for replacement.

I find the original rims get "dirty" easily and rims edge scratches easily as well. Should I go for BMW rims or other brands?

i'm using Hankook V12 for my 318i original rims. do note that our cars do not come with spare tyres so you need to buy one of those tyre repair kits or sign up for AA in case of emergency.

the brake dust is due to the brake pads, but cleaning the rims is a PITA due to the rim design. one stockist told me there is a silicon spray from BMW which one can spray on the rims to make the cleaning of the rims easier.
