BMWSILVER said:Dear all,
May I know where can I purchase Axxis brake pads for 318i Saloon in Singapore ?
How much will it costs as compare to A'Gritz 400.
Thanks in advance.
TripleM said:No one carries Axxis brake pads in Spore.
Price wise should be slighlty more expensive than A'Gritz but performance wise, Axxis is superior.
FYI, u can do google search to look for Bendix Deluxe or Bendix Ultimate. They are of similar compounds branded under the name Axxis Deluxe and Axxis Ultimate respectively and are marketed in the US

Thanks for your fast respond
Standard brake pad has lots of brake dust, I have changed my rims from 16" to simple design 17" still have hard time cleaning those stupid brake dust
I heard that A'Gritz has less brake dust but not as good as stock pad.
As for Axxis pads not only has less brake dust but also as good as stock pad. Am I correct ?
If yes, should I purchase Bendix Deluxe or Bendix Ultimate ? I don't track just normal driving
My friend recommed Ferodo Street pads but I am not sure which pads I should invest ?
Thanks for your advices
Ben.

Ferodo isnt bad too...
Given your driving style, I think u should just follow SL2's advice and you can ignore your rims for a much longer period..
Puny said:Currently on Bendix Ultimate for my front brake pads and Ferodos for my rears.
The improvement over stock is quite significant (gut feel of around 20-30% better bite). I suspect this is part of the reason why ABS kicks in earlier when hardbraking on track.
Been on them for the last 30,000km+ and I've already bought a second set of Bendix ultimates for my fronts prior to the June Track day.
Brake dust is as much as stock (perhaps even more?) and there's the ocassional squealing.
Cheers,
Alvin.

Bendix ultimates Brake dust is as much as stock
In this case Bendix Ultimate will not be the one that I will purchase.
Thanks for your input
See you around !
