Hi All,

Any idea what is the best offset for E60 rear with 20 inch (10.5) to have a more flush look? Thks

20x9 Et25 - 20x10.5 Et30

tires : 245/30/20 295/25/20 (very similar to stock diameter not much speedo misreading )

btw what rims are u looking at?

I am now using PG3, front 20x9 et13 & rear 20x10.5 et30 with 5mm spacer. Tyres size 245/30 front & 285/25 rear but still find that the rear look sunken leh.

any pics? 10.5j et30 should not look sunken leh... my friend is running the same setup on Iforged... very flushed

btw...are u sure on ur rim and offset sizes? because 9j et 13 is impossible to fit... i was running 9j et 16 and its already out of my fender

I'm sure it's 20x9j et13 front & 20x10.5j et30 rear with a 5mm spacer which mean et25 loh, as i just took it off today at Leong Seng to touch up some rear kerb rash & will get it back on Fri. At first, i am using a 8mm spacer but it'll rub fender, therefore, change it to 5mm & so far so good. Or maybe any difference on offset between a deep dish & non deep dish rims?

bro... u might want to check with whoever u bought the wheels from..

because 20x9j et13 cannot be fitted on normal E60..unless you are running on M5 fenders...

the M166 wheels on normal E60 which is already pushing it to the limit is having 8.5J ET12... so technically 9J et13 is impossible on normal E60 fenders

usually for 20x10 yes... E60 is running on ET25-22..no problem... but 10.5 people are using et30-28... altho i know people using et17 on 10.5 but they rubbed like hell

although i have seen some people go up to 10j et 17 at the rear... but it will rub badly if ur ride is lowered and 4 person sitting.. ( i was using 10j et 11 for my previous rim..and guess what...LTA catch me..lol)

so yeah..i dont get ur definition of still look sunken... because it might look sunken..but anymore aggresive means rub liao... best is most aggresive w.o rubbing.. ( which in this case..will still look sunken from top angle... especially with the aggresive camber the stock E60 setup has)


from your situation..provided u are driving non M E60... i suspect ur wheels are 8.5j et13 and 10j or 9.5j et30 + 5mm spacer...

do check with the rim shops... and yeah... most rim shops are noob in this kinda things btw... lol

Yes, sunken from different angle but w/o rubbing lah. True lah, like what you have mention, maybe anymore aggresive means rub liao loh.

But i'm not suprised with the size & offset as indicate behind the rims, as i remember seeing a forum member selling off this set of rims with the same specs & suitable for e60 too. The hamann racing edition that kbs are selling have the same size & offset which is mean for e60 too.

i dont know about the hamann rims offset... but the offsets i mentioned are based on my experience and friends who have used them and no rubbing....

post some pics and let us all take a look leh
