Agree on most post on the liabilities ratio, so we are heavily geared. In fact the govt is the primary contributor to this trend.

99LH HDBs Land Premium going at sky rocketing prices and 100k COE's which add no value at all, 7% GST... etc etc...

Our REAL tax when taking into consider all this and the inclusion of our CPF factor which is taken out of our disposable income - same as the superannuation funds of o/seas, is considerably high.

It's fugging true...COE so high still got fugging lich pips buy new car n they only take income of those staying in landed into consideration bcos they dunno more than 80% stays in public flats :laughlik:
