water sipping to fog light

Hi,

I realised that both my fog lights was filled with water droplets. It's been around for the almost one week and I don't think they will dissappear.

I have to admit passing thur some pools of water during a heavy downpour but don't this light design to be waterproof.

Do you think I can ask for a replacement from PML considering my E60 is still less than 2 months old?

Your kind advise is greatly appreciated.

Hi !

I have the same problem to my E46 318i fog lamp too.

Went back to PML and complaint to them. Not sure what they do to it. The water droplets disappeared but came back after another heavy downpour

Now I will switch on the fog lamp after heavy downpour and these droplets will disappear due to the heat produced by the fog lamp. But don't get caught by TP for switching-on the fog lamp. Ha Ha !

think it is not sealed properly... not sure if it is supposed to be a vacuum inside...

either PML replaces the fogs or repair it... but i think it will take them a day to do a simple thing like this...
