no one is equal in this world even the tyres may look the same from outside
buying from PML is because they car BMW authorized agent, so what ever tyres(no doubt they use contractor to do all the installation or sometime sourcing too) they sold to you MUST meet the BMW Quality criteria .
Price I have to comment you go and judge yourself.
Outside tyre / work shops do sell many types of tyres (some are BMW approved / some are compatible / some are from no where which does not carry tyre company warranty)
