Tyre Selection

I am currently on 18" Dunlop runflats which I have heard are not exactly the best tyres to have. But runflats to me are a great innovation, it gives me the peace of mind, and it saves a lot of space in the boot area. What other tyre options are good out there? And by the way, what should I use if I want a really low profile for my tyres? Thanks.

Alot of people swear by Michelin Pilot Sports 2. Other performance tyres u can consider are Bridgestone S03s and Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3.
