Transmission Problem E34

Hi Guys. Need help for my Transmission Problem. When the car STOPS at the Traffic junction and when I accerelate my car jerks forward each time when I accelerate from STOP position. I knew it could be my gearbox problem.
I need advice on what I should do?? Please help

Top speed overhauled mine 6 years ago. Still going strong. Have them take a look.
