I am quite familiar with that place, that black car is trying to cut queue by lining up next to the other 2 that are turning right.
Probably driver GAN JIONG and try to move before the white swift and end up ........

Yesterday almost knock a guy who look wrong direction for coming vehicle to cross the road. I got 2 witness - one pretty one drunk hippo we suspect he came from left hand drive country too.

I do not why people coming from extreme left (say from McD in central part) die die want to take U turn or right from this junction only. There is another one for U turn on the same road after Jurong Point!

What is there for Black Vios to argue?? If I was the other driver, I will f**k him then and there!
