how long is the waiting list now?

When I checked out the Macan S last month (just before I pulled the trigger for the X5), I was quoted waiting time till July next year. The Macan Turbo had a slightly shorter waiting time, I think IIRC I was quoted January or March.

Go for Porsche instead of new M3/M4. IMHO putting aside slighly better power, the new M3/M4 look and sound too tame versus E9x and E46 M3 models. Really cannot believe how crap it sounds :boring:

That's my sentiment as well. M4 looked great and I was excited going into the test drive at Munich for a first ever TC-ed M3/M4. Fark....it sounded...I wont say terrible but very artificially induced. Quite disappointing really.

Something Like that. A hiadee went to the Dealership 2 months back and was told the earliest delivery is Feb 2015 then. A month later....its April 2015:whatthe:
This seems to be the same situation as the E92 335 N54 when it was first launched. I was told the wait list is 8 months long although my car arrived eventually after 5 months. BMW just couldnt build enough N54 engines to keep up with the orders.

Tested the Macan S and its a really nimble and comfortable car. Handling wise its very stable, and the speeds it gets up to is no slouch. For a tall SUV, it handles like a stock TC'ed Sports Sedan
