The Barclays Premiership / Champions League Thread

Re: The Barclays Premiership / Champions League Thread

Tevez is more crucial to City than Rooney to United since Dzeko and Balotelli are less threatening than Hernandez and Berbatov (IMO). Dzeko costs GBP27M but yet to score a BPL goal. Balotelli was a sub to Tevez on Monday, but he himself was substituted. You cannot say Man City walked into the game with morale high......

But Silva and Johnson are potential match winners. And Man City has a stronger midfield presence in the likes of De Jong, Barry, Toure and Milner.

Re: The Barclays Premiership / Champions League Thread

valancia , scholes(holding) , anderson, carrick(holding), park. how that?

Dash, Are you sure it was not your son shouting goal. Maybe he can predict football games ... he has a future with ESPN as a soccer pundit. That my dream job ... sit down whole day ... talk cock about football ... get paid lotsa $$$ for it.

Good result for ManU. Objectively, ManU stands a good chance of winning this if they get to the final. Barca are good but the final is at Wembley which is as good as a home game for ManU. Arsenal beat Barca at home so surely ManU can do it. If the final was elsewhere or two legs then it would be harder. I think this is looking too far ahead for now. There is still a small matter of (probably) Shalke.

Obertan, O'Shea, Bebe, Gibson, Posseibon......:nehnehhh::nehnehhh:

seriously, I think it should be 4-5-1, Nani, Andreson, Scholes, Carrick, Valencia. Giggs, Park, Fletcher on bench.

Yes, this draw favors Man U.
On paper Schalke looks the weaker team. but any team who goes this far can win the CL.
the ball is round......:naughty:
I hope its either Real, Barca or Schalke. Go go go!!!!

Oi! Bro, I not supporting ManU lah! Ptui! Ptui! Don't anyhow say ... wait my fellow Gooner fans curse me. :errr:
I better rub you mouth and keyboard with chilli

Being objective I think ManU has a good chance of progress but I will be supporting whichever team ManU plays against.:shoot:

For Champs league, i will support Barca, simply because they beat us and so I would like to think that were were beaten by the eventual champs.

Thats why, in my opinon, only 4 teams left in the competition have the chance to lift the prestigous ECL crown this year.
They are Inter/Schalke, Real or Barca. GO GO GO!!!!

Ya lor. Kanasai, this year its Man U's title to lose.
I hope they dun win again. Cos I cannot stand SAF's chewy gum face. Whahahaha.

The monthly meetup will surely be very lively if all the Man U, Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea supporters turn up.
Btw, got Chelsea supporter here? Spurs? Everton? West Ham? Blackburn?
