My Guess??... u looking at the region of 10k AT LEAST.

When the ASA SC's came at first.. it was a good 12k-15k!!!.

Like what alot of us would say, the E46 318 or E90 320, drive it as it is.. if u wanted something faster.. you should have started with a 6 potter in the first place.

Breyton and Alpina have made SC kit for Valvetronic V8 engines for sometime now and believe their final product incl the cars cost alot more than the M equivalent of the series. Hundreds of parts need to be replaced hence the high cost of the kit.

Make no sense whatsover. Drive the Valvetronic stock for god sake. It's good engine not to be messed ard with.

I don think the SC will realise, especially when the 4 and 6 cyc Valvetronic Engine are at end of life and replaced with new engine in the next couple of months for the 3 series

I'm always trying to go...... if work schedule permits.......

Anyway, getting 330 fnt brakes installed soon....if not, cannot brake later into corners......but your stoptech confirm better lah

But, realized that now car into 3+ yrs and 60+K km, little little things happening here and there ya? Think mostly wear and tear items......

So far, changed:
- Eng Block gasket
- Power steering pump and hoses
- Tranny hose "o" ring at the bottom
- ALL 4 window regulators
- Control Arm Bush
- Radiator reserve tank and hoses
- Alternator and V Belt

But apparently, these are common 318 Valvey issues.....even if you don't drive the car hard. Why I say that? Cos my cousin drives her 318 like "Driving Miss Daisy" and still experienced most of the above. So, go figure......

I haven't flush and renew my ATF yet.....Have you?

Not sure whether it is Stock standard but one thing for sure the driver (Shameless) is fully MODDED with steel balls

I know....heard many times liao! :yikess:

But, I have to try try with him then can be totally convinced mah....anyway, you, me and him should have about the same mods other than his BBK.

But, I tell you.....you and him low-end pull away sure faster than me one.....becos you all neber touch Exos.....I itchy backside go and change muffler......

Anyway, when's the next T Day huh?
