Sun Shade

Guys,

Anyone knows where to get the fade out ones that goes across the top of windscreen?
Most places only carries the normal single tone black ones but what i am looking for are those that fade out. Called up quite a number of places which do window tinting but to my surprise many of them do not carry.

Appreciate any leads.

Hi Herman,

Called them up but they do not have those that fades out, Have been calling up many places and asking many people and i still cant find a place that has the fade out type. i know JB has shops that does this but dont intend to go in just to do it.

Still dont quite believe that noone in singapore does the fade out kind.

I swear my Dad has it and i remember he told me he had it done @ Sin Ming V-Kool.
He's outta town now.. I'll check with him and i'll let u know again bro.

I just checked with my dad.
For his E60, it came with the windscreen...
Think its an optional feature..

However, he did mention that the faded sunscreen is PURCHASABLE at certain car accessories.
Which shop he cant remember... All he remembers is that he's bought it before and installed it on his previous rides.

I think can try AutoBahn @ Bukit Batok.
They have plenty of things there...

Think you mean Autobacs @bukit batok right? Autobhan is at newton selling exotic rides.

Already called them up few days back... they do not have it. Called up V-Kool, cool & lite and a whole host of other window tinting shops. Hard luck.

I still dont believe this is so difficult to get man ...arghhhh...

Big thumbs up for Sherman's quality of worksmanship, enthusiasm for getting the job done well as well as recommending me excellent tint - as I drove home from his shop in 36.5deg sun at 330pm, I could hardly feel the sun's rays on my skin.

When I drove to his shop, I had the aircon on Auto mode, target temperature was 22deg and the fans were automatically adjusted to 4-5bars. After putting the tint on, on my drive home, to achieve the target 22deg the fans only needed to be automatically set at only 2bars!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sherman to anyone. In fact, I'm going to get my mum and dad to have their cars retinted at Sherman's because their existing tint from V-Kool and 3M just don't cut it.

Additional plus points: Infratint is airconditioned so you don't have to wait in the heat, and it is completely smoker friendly! Haha
