Depends what spark plugs you use lor..... Copper ones every 10-20,000km or so, Platinum ones can last till about 70-100,000km, Iridium ones can last in excess of 100,000km...

the last time i replace at bvo,12 bucks a piece,i tink should be copper one,time to change spark plug for my nxt servicing

Iridium and Platinum, spark manufacturer recommendation up to 100,000, usually it is half the recommended distance cover,
from experience replacing iridium spark on my 6 cylinders 325i every 50,000km could observe a smoother and better throttle response.
NOTE : Only performing spark plug replacement, none other servicing job performed just to observe the different between new set of sparks against old ones

I do it once a year - just change the lot.

My old E90 320i require change of new spark-plugs only every 100kkm.
