I changed the standard business casette player to the professional CD deck just to keep the stock look. SQ improved a little bit. When you change to a NAV deck, the entire 2 slots are taken up by the NAV HU and the aircon controls get relegated down to the lidded box just above the ash tray. The CD deck is required to input data for the NAV head unit. It comes standard for the NAV HU and the CD goes behind the screen.
Erm i'm not modding anything i am buying the car new from PML. What the SA said was that the casette player would have to be upgraded to cd if i want the NAV option. I don't see why, anyone knows?

Some accessories only work with certain options, in this case, I believe the casette player radio system does not support the NAV function. Your SA should be able to advise you, unless he/she also cannot understand why you dun understand.
Sometimes it is just being assumed that the customers understand the jargons when customers dun come across such things so often to understand it at finger tips.
nvm if you can't understand me, at this time of the day, my mouth (in this case, my fingers) oso cannot understand what my mnid is trying to say. :screwedu:
