hey bro ... just to share with you that i had the exact same problems when i upgraded to 19inch staggered front/back

Went to 4 tire shops to do hsb but to no avail .... until i read in another tread one bro recommended to try swapping the front tires right to left & vice versa ..... it actually worked! perhaps its just the set up which works for the over sensitive steering

you may want to try flipping your tires around to see if it works for you .....

i am replacing my tires soon & am damn worried that this whole saga will repeat itself again !!

Not every tyre models allow you to do the L-R swap. Must be the symmetrical type. Else you will have nightmare on rainy days.

Some they just need to release the tyres pressure & rotate the tire position, it may helps .

Finally my agony is over . Put on a set of very new stock rims/tires from the tire shop and all was back to normal. No vibration at all when i drove up to 120kmh. We therefore confirmed it is likely due to the Falken 452 tires that may not be very suitable for my ride. My gd friend recommended me CSC3 and now my ride feels great. It is an expensive lesson learnt for me and hope this will help anyone who plan to upgrade their stock rims/tires.
