If your wheels don't rub the fenders when you go over the "inspection hump", shouldn't be a problem. Also, I am presuming that your wheels don't stick out like hella-fail... shouldn't be a problem --> inspection centre uncle told me the max they allow or "close one eye" to, is the wheels/widebody kit not protruding beyond the width of the car as measured with the side-view mirrors.
