What a Moron.

If I was on-site, I would have approached him and politely told him, Sir, "in SAF, there is no such entity called the Commando Special Force Counter Terrorist Plains Cloths".

SAF only has Commando (not saying their roles) and SOF i.e. Special Operation Force, which is specific to be Anti-Terrorist. And yes, they are in plain cloths outside office hours
