If it's not even roadworthy, it might take more than S$10k to get it to tip top condition. I've dropped over S$10k doing preventive maintenance and minor elective repairs on an E30 that was already quite healthy to begin with. Even without the minor elective repairs, the bill is around S$7k (new water pump, alternator, timing belt, hoses, engine mounts, gearbox mounts, various gaskets and seals, four headlights, tyres, full service, etc.).eightynineten;290015 said:i have seen it today. with bro iscoupe. if u have $10k to spend on repairs/maintenance/modifications, then by all means. otherwise, its not in good shape. not even road worthy.

Fully stock, the dealer is in the process of restoring it (new headliners/leather). Engine is still good after 250k while gear change is surprisingly crisp. Only the shocks need to change.
Interior needs to be rebuilt, plastics have cracked, side pillars and front drawer. Exterior need new coat of paint due to chips.
Got AC rims and M kit coming.
I have decided against getting it for personal reasons, nothing to do with the car. Could be going for surgery soon so hmm... need the cash leh.![]()
