it's 'cat-back', not 'black'...

it means that the part for sale is the mid-pipe to the muffler - behind the catalytic convertor to the tailpipes.

So if i fix on my E90 320i (just gotten my car actually), LTA cert no need to reinspect or what right?

No welding involved. Direct bolt on. Excellent finishing and workmanship.

you need to get the muffler inspected and approved for your car as the muffler is approved under my car now. This procedure is the same for all other aftermarket approved mufflers.
