I'm not sure about cheap, but I got mine at Pro RV.

Thule makes racks that fit specific models of BMW. Within the brand, there are 2 choices of racks bars. One is the aero dynamic model. It's silver in colour and has rounded edges and looks a lot better. The other one is the non-aero model that one has square edges and is black in colour. The aero model is more expensive.
If you're looking at carrying bikes, there are also a few models available. Some require you you take off the front wheel before mounting, and others allow you to just mount the bike whole.
I have no knowlege of racks to carry other things other than bikes. But the rack bars should be standard.
I paid around $1000 for 2 bars and 2 bike racks that can mount bikes without any dismantling.

Thanks, $1000!!! I guess yeah its about there for a Thule. I already have the Thule roof rack for my 320. Now I need one for the Odyssey. Thule Singapore do not have the kit for the odyssey. I am taking the odyssey up country during the june vac. So desperation is that buy a cheap set first.
