Rim size and offset

Hi, what would be the width n offset for 19" rim to achieve the flushed look? For e93. TIA

19x8.5 +32 or +30 (very flush, no need to roll fender)
19x9.5 +32 or 19x10 +35 (very flush,need to roll fender)

8.5J and 9.5J with +32 front and rear is pretty flush and no need to roll fender

Front has nothing to roll.

Concavity and offset differ by thickness of mounting pad. What matters is offset, not concavity.
