If you have been to Yew Lip, Angie will tell you that the polished surface cannot be refurbished. I have scratched my polished lips on one of my PGIIs, and they could not do much about it.

There was a thread on a shop which, as claimed, could touch up on polished surfaces. I have not try it as yet. Perhaps you might wanna give it a shot:
