There are so many around Ubi area, but difficult to find parking, simply too crowded. There was one good one at River Valley Road but already moved away. I did it at MRS sign at Blk 28, Hoy Fatt Road, #01-30.

Some are legal, some are illegal. you need to comply with LTA requirements, sizes and fonts.

Call up my buddy James Quek @ 91895083 @ UBI, just say Vincent recommend he'll know what to do 80% of the recent number plates with those special design on the sides are done by him / he has done many euro plates for subarus as well. Lots of wrx female drivers have those "hello kitty" plates done by him as well. Couple of 6series just did their plates by him there last month as well. Be it legal/illegal, normal fonts or euro fonts he will settle for you Might need to wait a while to collect tho as he has a long order.
