Red warning light after a car wash!!!

Today I went to a petrol station for a car wash. After e wash, I turn on e engine n saw 2 red indicator lights on. I went to check e manual and it says that my belt tensioner n airbag system has failed!!!! Wth??? A normal car wash caused my seat belt tensioner n airbag to fail???

Any advice here bros??? Should I continue driving???

Btw I'm driving a 06'e90 320i.
