There is enough accurate online information to gain good understanding on the process. You can read for a few hours about the 3 schools of thought on corner balancing and decide which you want to run. You also need to take note of the details so you can check on the job where ever you may do it. Most places will gladly work with you if you are sure of what you are doing. To do it properly takes considerable time especially if it is the first time a certain platform with a certain distribution is being setup. The more asymmetrical L-R in mass distribution a platform is (can be intentional for performance depending on course characteristics), the greater the difference between the 3 schools of thought (somewhat dependent on the type of course) and the more time it will take to set up especially if you are particular about the rake and tip of the chassis. May take several cycles to get to where the cross and body orientation is exactly where you want it. Adjustments from that point on go a lot quicker.
I have only experienced one provider in detail (pretty screwed up, but nice guys and willing to work with you but you have to take charge of the whole process), and watched another one roughly (did it right from what I could see but it gets a lot more detailed and I did not stick around long enough). I have experienced a stunning level of incompetence at a third provider in other infinitely simpler area (can't even bleed brakes, worst attitude ever encountered in the industry, will post sometime separately), enough to know that there is no way they can be running this more complex process correctly.
The 3 garages above cover about 75% all such service providers in SG. IMO, your best bet is Espace if you decide to do it. If you decide to corner balance your car but are too busy to spend the time understanding the process yet want to make sure it is done right, I might be able to help by working with a service provider.
